A world without true vision is a world on the brink of extinction.
To blindly continue to rape our environment in the name of progress is as mad as thinking that beating a child is the most effective way to get the best out of it. It’s blatantly ridiculous.
If someone proposed this they wouldn’t be trusted with children & would most likely be sectioned yet we condone comparative behaviour from our governing bodies & refuse to accept we have the power to change the situation.
We live in a society governed by fear.
The powerful fear losing control over the masses & transfer this fear to the people by creating paranoia. As we feed into this our reaction to each other becomes governed by the mantra “Why should I trust you?”
Think about that for a moment.
This approach means we are so suspicious we look at every encounter as a threat. Waiting for signs that we can relax means we’re giving out signals that we’re not comfortable which creates unease. Stalemate.
Worse still. If you constantly have expectations of a situation you’re no longer open to what could be, only to what should be. If it’s unknown, be very afraid.
If you came to every new situation with the thought, “How can I make you feel more at ease with me” you’d be far more likely to reach a mutual understanding. It’s very hard to sustain anger in the face of complete calm.
Being open to all possibilities doesn’t mean being blind to the obvious. It simply means creating a positive atmosphere, which will in turn attract a positive reaction.
